In 2012 we will be supporting two rounds of user group meetings throughout the eight regions. The aim of these meetings is to enable customers to meet up and discuss with each other the issues that they feel are affecting them, both good and bad. Since starting these user groups, we have had some really positive feedback.
The format of our existing groups is that they are run by clients for clients, with Gladstone offering a supporting role. We are happy to take any suggestions away with us to help with the future development of our products, but the idea is that you can add whatever you want to the agenda and discuss what is important to you. Throughout 2012, we are aiming to have two meetings per year, per region, which will take place in April and October.
