Training information

Courses are available for operators, managers & IT engineers and they comprise of a series of half day training sessions. The number of sessions required is dependent upon the management system and users to be trained; therefore sessions are tailor-made to the client's requirements.

All courses incorporate hands-on exercises to ensure the training information has been fully absorbed, and a copy of the training manual is presented at the end of each session for ongoing reference.

Gladstone training professionals will:

  • configure specially designed courses around clients' requirements
  • offer staggered or phased training sessions for clients with extended implementation periods
  • offer refresher training to provide clients with an opportunity to reacquaint themselves with the skills they may have forgotten
  • be present on-site when the installation is complete and the system goes 'live' for the first time. Any operational queries can be resolved and clients can ensure they are using the system in the correct manner. Live day cover provides clients with invaluable expert assistance

Training hotline

The training hotline is a new service provided for customers who are in the configuration stage of project implementation. The service is designed to offer advice and support on configuration or functionality issues and all queries for the training hotline are answered by qualified Gladstone trainers.
