With this information you will be able to reduce your marketing costs by not sending duplicate information or sending information to members that have moved. Making sure that your data is accurate also keeps you in accordance with the Data Protection Act, which rules that personal data needs to be accurate and up to date and also personal data should not be kept longer than necessary.

Member Data Cleansing

This service offers the cleansing of personal addresses within the database. Matching them against the Postal Address File (PAF), we can identify and remove deceased records and duplicate records. We update to the client live database but this seamless process will not interrupt operations and can be administered in one day. We can offer a free quote for having your data cleansed. Data cleansing is a cost effective, fast way to make data and subsequent reports more reliable.
