Gladstone is proud to introduce the new TESLIN® TAG, a versatile keytag that can be used as well as, or instead of, standard membership cards.

In the past, key fobs or key tags have suffered from a limited life span due to the brittle PVC plastics used in their manufacture. In addition the surface-printed barcodes often wear off over time, causing headaches for leisure clubs and their members. Having now identified these issues, Gladstone has selected a strategic partner with considerable experience in the manufacture of TESLIN® based keyfobs. We believe that this new technology is the most robust, durable and flexible material for keyfobs in the market today.

Gladstone's TESLIN® Tags are of a similar design as those used for Tesco and Nectar Keyfobs. We have chosen to use the same TESLIN® material as the Tesco Keytag with the shape of the Nectar Keytag. We have selected this shape as the tags can be swiped through a standard card 'swipe' reader without the need to upgrade to a 'scanner' type reader.

TESLIN® is a synthetic printing sheet that is extremely durable. Tests have shown that a TESLIN® fob will last up 12 times longer than a traditional PVC fob and 3 times longer than a standard PVC barcoded card. We are so confident in the durability of this product that we are offering a 5 year guarantee with it. TESLIN® is also extremely friendly to the environment as it does not contain any cellulose-based materials and does not contribute to forest harvesting. TESLIN® key fobs and key tags have excellent opacity, making them perfect for printing barcodes.
