Take the pain out of Free Swimming registration!
With the summer holidays upon us, it's likely that you will see a substantial increase in the numbers registering for the Government's Free Swimming initiative.
With this in mind Gladstone has developed a unique Free Swimming web portal solution to help your business manage the growth in new traffic at your centres and the subsequent monthly reporting needs.
It is based upon our proven Connect2 technology, which works seamlessly with the core flagship Plus2 solution. Connect2 is a powerful web-based solution which enables Gladstone's clients to extend the power of Plus2 by allowing members to modify and amend their personal details, purchase subscriptions and manage their activities. Your customers can now take ownership of their bookings by viewing, modifying and cancelling reservations and can make payments through a secure on-line gateway.
The new Free Swimming web portal allows users to register themselves for their Free Swimming entitlement, either within the under-16 age group or the 60 plus age group categories. Users will be required to fill in their personal information such as name and address details, date of birth, and for those applying for the under-16 Free Swimming entitlement, the email address of their parent or guardian.
The easy-to-use online tool will help you take away the front-of-house headache of additional queues at your reception desk for those groups of users who just want to register; while allowing other club members or visitors to enter the facility with the minimum amount of disruption. Once the personal details entered on Connect have been verified by your staff, the data can then be transferred automatically onto the Plus2 database for managing future visits.
We have created a step-by-step online demo to enable you to see for yourself how it all works. If you would like to take a look at this demo please click here.
