Welcome to the November issue of the Gladstone Newsletter!
Following our very successful showing at LIW'08 in Birmingham, the Gladstone team has been keeping up the momentum at a number of events across the globe. These include ILAM in Ireland, the IHRSA European congress in Lisbon and SIBEC Europe in Cyprus. We really have been racking up the air miles to meet as many customers and prospective customers as possible!
At all of these events we have been overwhelmed by the tremendous popularity of our self-service kiosks. The feedback from our customers on this latest solution has been extremely positive, particularly the way in which their customers can really take ownership of bookings and ticket collection. This enables reception staff to be redeployed to the gym floor where they can focus on engaging with customers rather than dealing with multiple transactions.
Kiosk2 becomes even more powerful when combined with the online booking ability of connect2. Customers are able to book that game of squash online during their lunch break. When they arrive at the venue, all it takes is a quick tap on the kiosk to collect their ticket and they are on the court.
This same self-service technology has revolutionised the airline industry, where they now rely heavily on internet bookings and ticket collection from kiosks to reduce costs. Although still in its infancy, this technology is starting to make waves in the leisure industry as well, and Gladstone is at the forefront of this paradigm shift.
We have been inundated with orders for the kiosk2 solution from our existing customers. They share our view that kiosks are the ideal way to offer better customer service to many time-strapped individuals and at the same time reduce costs, which in the current economic climate is extremely important.
If you would like to find out how the power of kiosk2 and connect2 could revolutionise your business, please contact us on +44 (0)1491 20 10 10 or Click here to email us
Kind Regards,
