Welcome to the Gladstone newsletter!
The success of your organisation is not only key to you, it is also key to us.
One of our core objectives within Gladstone Health & Leisure is to support your ever changing daily business requirements to ensure your continued success. Over the last couple of months we have been busy listening to what you need to support your daily business, and have as a result developed exciting new technological solutions to support the Customer Journey.
With that in mind, we have just recently launched the latest upgrade to our market-leading flag-ship product Plus2™ V9.3 - incorporating new functionality which you requested during 2007. This includes the best management analysis and reporting functionality within the Health & Leisure industry. I believe this will ensure that centre and club managers will have customer information to hand when ever and where ever they need it.
Gladstone Plus2 has also been enhanced with new Chip & PIN technology to ensure that your credit card transactions are managed efficiently as well as keeping the possibility of fraud to a minimum. We have partnered with one of the market leading solutions providers, Commidea, to ensure that you benefit from considerable time and money savings in the installation and management of this technology.
In addition, we launched Gladstone Connect2, our latest on-line self-service membership bookings, and payments solution and also Gladstone Kiosk2 a ticket collection solution which greatly enhances your front-of-house operations and will free-up your busy staff to more productively engage with your customers. These technological solutions ensure that you can deliver the best customer experience in the industry before, during and after your customers have been to your premises.
We are also delighted to welcome a number of new customers who have chosen Gladstone Plus2 as their software of choice to assist in managing their mission-critical business operations. They range from Dance Base, Scotland's national centre for dance, providing over 1000 classes incorporating 40 forms of dance. Greenwich Leisure has also rolled out Gladstone self-service Kiosks, with more than 60% of their users, where sites exist, now preferring the self-service Kiosks to the traditional reception facilities.
We will also be sharing the experiences of a number of our customers with you over the coming months in this newsletter and on our web site - such as Explore Learning in this issue.
Gladstone has also strengthened its senior management team across the business, attracting experienced and seasoned specialists from Marketing, Sales, HR and Service Delivery to provide additional business focus to ensure that we provide market-leading customer service across the board to support your business.
I hope that you enjoy this and future issues of the Gladstone Newsletter and would look forward to hearing your feedback and suggestions!
Kind regards
