Gladstone Free Swim Plug-in

For those of you involved in the Sport England Get Active Free Swim initiative, we understand that this needs to be as simple as possible for you.

We understand that a key part of the process will be reporting on the attendance data required each and every month, and that this can be a time-consuming process for your busy staff.

Help is at hand! Gladstone's Plus2 development team has created a new Free Swim Plug-in which can be easily integrated into your Plus2 solution.

For a one-off payment of £395 our new Gladstone Plus2 Free Swim Plug-in can be installed remotely so you can be up and running in no time.

The plug-in will automatically update a specially prepared spreadsheet with the monthly visit data, saving you and your team hours of time each month. The monthly statistics from this spreadsheet can then be simply forwarded to Sport England.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Data report breaks down the monthly attendance data by:

• Free Swimming participants aged 16 and under - (and further sub-divided by age bands from 0-8, 9-11 and 12-16, and by male and female split.)

• Free Swimming participants aged 60 and over - by male and female split.
  
• Paid swims - total swims split by 0-16, 17-59 and 60+ year groups.
