Regional Client Engagement Programme
Getting to meet you!
As part of our ongoing communications and client engagement strategy, Gladstone's commercial team has been meeting a number of our public and private sector clients to find out their current business challenges and opportunities, and how we can help you to address them.
During these discussions, a number of key issues were highlighted. Not surprisingly, we found the overwhelming priorities were to:
- Maximise the value from Plus2's extensive system capabilities and solutions
- Focus on increasing membership retention
- Deliver higher value services
It is clear that our clients value the opportunity to share best practices, be kept up-to-date with new technical developments and gain a greater insight into how Gladstone's innovative business solutions can support and enhance their operations.
With this in mind, Gladstone has created a brand new programme focused upon three stands to assist our clients in leveraging their investment:
- Being more involved within the Sporta and ISRM regional networking meetings
- Encouraging and supporting new regional Gladstone User Groups throughout the UK
- Re-establishing regional client forums focused upon new technology trends
We strive to develop these engagements opportunities on an on-going basis as the year progresses. Please see the table below for an up to date list of the next three months events.
