Gladstone Health & Leisure's Australian office has now been established for almost 5 and a half years where they have implemented over 250 sites including gyms, leisure centres, universities, council offices, aquatic centres and police citizen youth clubs.

Steven Balocco was recently appointed as Gladstone’s National Sales & Marketing Manager. Steven joins Gladstone with numerous years experience within the health & leisure industry as well as other software environments. "It was a great opportunity to re establish the office in Sydney and I've certainly enjoyed the many challenges that have come with it. We are making great progress in the market and are confident we can grow significantly over the coming years especially with the exciting developments we have planned''.

Steven works closely with David Walker in Project Management. Steven commented "David is the technical guru of the office and we haven't found a problem he can't solve...yet!" David has over 7 years experience with Plus 2 and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. David is also an avid Mountaineer and competes in ultra marathons. Steven also enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and his hobby is cooking. Both are keen Football (Soccer) enthusiasts.

Gladstone Australia's training team consists of Jeff Battung. Prior to joining the Gladstone team, Jeff was employed by the Dept of Training as an I.T. / Maths teacher. Jeff holds a Masters degree in Teaching from the University of Sydney as well as a Bachelor of Computing & Information Systems from Macquarie University. Jeff’s hobbies include his love of martial arts, soccer and basketball.

Gladstone Australia’s support team consist of Alissa Sazenis & Shakti Bhumbla. Alissa joined the Gladstone team in early 2011. Alissa also has many years of experience working in club land. This allows Alissa a good understanding of the day to day issues floor staff encounter. These experiences as well as her knowledge of Plus2 allows for prompt and efficient service. When time permits, Alissa heads back to her home town of Melbourne to visit family and friends.

Shakti is the latest member of the team. He joined the business in May 2011 and compliments Alissa’s role in Technical Support. He previously worked with GSA in Technical Support. Shakti specialises in networks, his experience in this area is already being well received by many of our customers who may have experience in this area. In his spare time, Shakti enjoys playing hockey and cuddling up on the couch with his partner watching a good movie.

All of the team members are actively involved with supporting the growing Australian client base and are excited about many new developments to be introduced shortly. The team is committed to improving the levels of communication, as well as providing prompt, efficient and reliable service to all of our customers.
