It is possible for our consultants to complete bespoke data archiving and data deletion from your Plus2 database in order to improve performance, free up valuable server space, or just to clear the database of redundant information. Data archiving is carried out as a managed service and historical data from Plus2 may be removed relating to:

• Attendance
• Attrition
• Bookings
• Correspondence
• Financial
• Stock
• Questionnaires

Once data archiving has been completed, there may be a number of redundant products, subscriptions, price levels and time bands available for deletion from within the live database. Old member details may also be removed from the database following archiving of historical data. Data archiving and subsequent database shrinkage is normally completed as an overnight project in order to reduce any performance impact on the live database.
 

Data Import


Data imports can be carried out by our Data consultants in order to assist migration from legacy and different membership products; this is to save the customer time and resources on manually inputting data. A full data import discussion should be completed prior to any data import being considered, so that the client can be consulted with at all times to determine what information can be imported and what information should be imported.


An import matrix will be provided at the consultation or project phase. This document will show the full list of available fields for import.
