Automated Customer Contact

No more enrolment letters! Once your pupil has been approved to move up to the next class, or needs to pay for the next set of lessons, Learn2 will automatically email and / or SMS the parent, informing them of the change. Should the parent not respond, reception will be alerted.

Teacher Portable Device

No more paper based registers and competency check sheets. The teacher works using a durable, waterproof touch screen device. Connecting and syncing over a secure wireless network, the list of class participants is downloaded allowing the teacher to take registers, assess individual pupils or assess via a specific competency. Any pupil with debts, notes or medical conditions is instantly flagged to the Teacher.
