The prospecting module provides operators with ability to record and track prospective customers. The system provides a user definable screen and the ability to track the prospect process. The design can be created via templates to match the signup process used onsite, through the use of questionnaires, call management, through to prospects selecting and purchasing a membership.
Within Plus2 Memberships are described as Subscriptions. The subscription module allows the allocation and sale of user-defined memberships, which can be categorised to meet the comprehensive combinations of memberships including joining fees, couple, family and corporate scenarios.
The Plus2 direct debit module allows the collection of regular membership renewals by this automated method of payment directly from the members back account (direct debit or debit/credit card), without the need for an external third party collection service. The process creates a collection instruction file, which once submitted directly to BACS provides the reassurance in the request of regular subscription renewals. The direct debit process also supports AUDDIS and manages the rejection files for AUDDIS, ARUDD and ADDACS.
The reception screen is designed to provide the operator with the ability to efficiently check members into the facility with minimum overhead. The screen profile presents the receptionist with member information such as any debts, messages, or bookings and selects the correct pricing structure if the customer purchases items via the point of sale.
The Plus2 point of sale (POS) module allows the sale of retail products and services at reception through user-defined products and POS screens. The integrated Plus2 POS screens eliminate the need for a separate point of sale or till device; the solution also provides the ability to sell subscriptions and book activities. Plus2 POS supports all payment methods including chip and pin, cashless and loyalty point environment.
The ability to accept card payments is an intrinsic capability, both of the Plus2 solution, and of the entire Gladstone product family. Plus2 has been interfaced to several payment solutions enabling integrated credit/debit card payments via the Plus2 POS system, the connect module for internet payments and the kiosk module.
The Plus2 cashless module provides the ability for customers to create a credit or debit account, where the sale of retail products or services can be charged to an account. A credit account allows the customer to make payment onto the account, which can be used for future sales through the point of sale module. A debit account allows the customer to create a debt, which can be collected periodically through the means of an invoice request or direct debit collection.
The Plus2 loyalty module provides the ability to accumulate points on the purchase of retail products and services. The calculation of loyalty points can be defined on a spending ratio or a fixed value model. Once points are accumulated they can be redeemed through the point of sale on user-defined retail products.
The Stock Control module enhances the existing POS (POS) module and enables a site to identify products as being items of stock. As well as reducing stock totals as a result of sales through the POS, the module also enables the recording of stock movements, stock shrinkage, and stock takes. The module deals with retail products but not catering items or portion control, that is, it is unable to handle multi-usage products. Neither does it have ‘delivery’ functionality.
The Bookings module manages all activity concerned with the booking of a facility and is configured to the needs of each individual site. The solution enables all time slots, variable areas, booking periods, block and advance bookings, courses and classes to be user defined by the client. It is fully integrated with the POS and swipe modules, and differentiates between member and non-member bookings. It is as easy to book 5 years in advance as it is 5 minutes ahead.

This solution has been designed to enable your business to keep operating locally in the event of server or network failure. Key to this is the ability to validate members and record data in the event of a failure and send the data back when the connection is established. Business Continuity achieves this.
