The design process starts when you select the type of ID product you wish to use. There are then a number of ways to proceed:
Use Our Templates
We have artwork templates available for all our most popular products. You can download these as PDF files and amend or add to them with your own logos, text and images. We recommend using Adobe Illustrator or similar vector-based software to create your design. Then select your product from the menu, fill in the form below and attach your image for upload. Once we've received it, we'll check the files and send back a quote, along with a full print-ready proof for your approval. This is all included as part of our service.
Submit Your Own Design
If you'd like to upload your own design from scratch, please ensure it is one of the following accepted formats:
- .ai
- .psd
- .indd
- .eps
- .pdf (high res with embedded fonts)
- High resolution (300dpi) JPEGS are accepted for 4-colour CMYK production only
Use Our Design Team
Should you prefer to let our fully qualified graphics team handle your design requirements, we'd be delighted to help. Just e-mail us your ideas along with any text, colours, logos or images you wish to use and we'll put together a couple of options for you to choose from. Prices start from just £50.
Proofing
When we have your artwork in print-ready format, we'll send a PDF proof for your approval (usually within one working day). Please note that colours viewed 'on screen' are only indicative of the final printed result - they are designed to illustrate colour separation only. Under no circumstances can liability be accepted for any errors or omissions not corrected by the customer at this stage which are carried forward to production.
Should amendments be required, a further proof will be submitted for your approval. Please note that any amendments/alterations other than those necessitated by reason of our errors or omissions will be charged as extras.
Delivery
Once final approval is received in writing, we will confirm a dispatch date for your goods.
