Bureau Services

Our dedicated card printing bureau, located in our Glasgow office, is installed with state-of-the-art colour and monochrome card printers and encoders, enabling the post-production personalisation that many clients require before issuing their cards.

Cards can be simply barcoded or can be fully personalised with any card holder data provided (name, photos, ID numbers, etc). Our bureau can also provide encoding of cards (smart or magstripe) from data exported from your system.

Many of our customers choose to print their cards in bulk and store any extras at our bureau to be delivered as and when required. This saves our clients both time and money and is a highly valued service not offered by many of our competitors. Please ask for details.

Replacement Cards

We know how annoying it can be when a member loses their card and you have to issue a new one, then adjust your back office system to keep track of this change. Many newer systems do this automatically, of course, but you may still have the headache of multiple of forms to fill out to track the change.

We can remove this headache by sending you exact replacement cards - either on a case by case basis or a monthly round up of lost cards. When ordering your usual batch of cards, just ask about storing extra stock to cover any such eventualities.
