Gladstone manages two main operational divisions - Gladstone Health & Leisure and Gladstone Education. We aim to excel as the leading provider of innovative software solutions and services to all our vertical markets, providing and servicing mission-critical IT activities on our clients’ behalf to help them with the financial success and efficiency of their operations.

Gladstone Health & Leisure is a leading supplier of health and leisure membership management and bookings systems to major health and fitness groups, local authority leisure centres, trusts, universities and a large number of private and single-site clubs. The company also provides central database solutions for multi-site operators, facilitating central and cross-site online bookings, central administration, CRM, marketing and reporting.

Gladstone Education provides a wide range of educational facilities management systems and software-based solutions, such as cashless catering and payments, and we are continually developing our product line.

Our head office is in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. We also have offices in Glasgow, Sydney and Karachi.

What are the rewards and benefits?

Pay

Our policy is to pay our employees according to the market rate for the job they are doing and as much above that as is justified by performance. We have an annual pay review, where we look at each employee's pay rate to make sure that it is consistent with the local market rate and reflects the employee's contributions to the wider business goals.

Pension

Our salary sacrifice scheme is where both employees and the company make contributions to a capped limit of 5%. 

Paid holiday

Paid holiday in a full year is 25 days plus public and bank holidays.
