Scott Saklad serves as the CEO of Gladstone Ltd., overseeing both the Leisure & Fitness and Education divisions.
Having been in vertical market software since 1995, Scott is deeply committed to finding solutions that make life easier. He spends much of his time on business development projects, and acts as a resource to help the company identify and implement necessary changes.
Scott is a well-known speaker in the area of technology and its efficient applications in operations. His expertise extends to architectural systems design, technical troubleshooting, workflow design and business process review and engineering. Scott has led several acquisitions that helped to strengthen market share in the software spaces in which he has operated, with the goal of offering the most comprehensive line of innovative technology solutions.
In 2010, after the acquisition of Gladstone, he moved to the UK to lead the company’s integration into the Jonas Software group of leisure, sports and fitness companies. Scott is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and enjoys travel and spending time with his family.

Since rejoining Gladstone in 2006, Arthur has held numerous positions, including Head of Sales and Marketing, Head of Business Development and Director of Systems Management and Design. He took on his current role as Managing Director in September 2011.
Prior to joining Gladstone, Arthur held numerous positions with mobile technology specialists AppSwing, data consultants Cascade and leisure software pioneers Quota. Arthur graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Farley Noble has gained extensive experience in the software and solutions industry over the last ten years, and has held a number of senior management positions. Prior to joining Gladstone as Finance Director in May 2010, he was the Finance and Integration Director for the Cal Software group of companies in the UK, acquired as a new vertical within the Constellation Software Inc (CSI) group in 2008.
Before relocating to the UK, Farley spent eight years within CSI, at head office in Toronto and then its largest subsidiary. During this period, he was responsible for finance, strategic reviews, tax planning and acquisitions. Farley also worked for KPMG for five years on a range of engagements including audit, tax, forensics and valuations.
Farley is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada. His keen interest in fitness and nutrition was an added incentive for joining the Gladstone team.

Richard has been with Gladstone for over 11 years. He is currently the Operations Director for Gladstone and General Manager for Gladstone Australia, responsible for delivering, implementing and supporting all of the Gladstone software products. Richard previously worked for Gladstone as Professional Services Manager, Procurement Manager and before that, product manager of the Centremaster product range.
Before joining Gladstone, Richard worked for Global Crossing, in the bid team responsible for some of the world's largest deep sea fibre installations. His last successful contract for APCN2 generated over $100 million. Richard has also worked with Granada Theme Parks and Hotels. He first came across the health and fitness industry when Granada took control of Spirit Health Clubs and Fitness for Life, following their purchase of the Forte Hotel Group.
Richard is a keen golfer and normally spends his weekends trying to get his handicap even lower!

Claire Pampe has been with Gladstone since September 2009, and is responsible for the customer services department. Prior to this role, Claire worked in the sales team as the Enterprise Sales Manager, overseeing Gladstone’s largest accounts.
Claire is passionate about providing an exceptional service to Gladstone’s customers and working in partnership with them to create a support service that meets their needs. Before joining Gladstone, Claire worked in a number of different markets, including knowledge management and CRM - but all within a software environment.
Claire holds a BA (Hons) from Southampton University, and an MBA (Merit) from Oxford Brookes University.

Deanna joined Gladstone as Human Resources Manager in 2008.
The company strives to offer an exceptional level of customer service through our expertise and professionalism, and Deanna works directly with the senior management team in fostering a collaborative culture to help the business meet these objectives.
Prior to joining Gladstone, Deanna held various human resources positions, with increasing responsibility. Although much of her experience was gained in the food retailing sector, she also spent a number of years as a senior manager for a non-profit.
With over 10 years of relevant human resources experience, Deanna is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Martin Steel joined Gladstone in January 2007 as Group Financial Controller, with responsibility for accounting and external reporting.
Prior to joining Gladstone, Martin was Director of Finance EMEA at the Memec Group, where he was instrumental in setting up an international shared service centre to carry out all finance work in Group companies in 15 countries. Previously, Martin had held a number of European and UK Financial Controller positions.
Martin gained a First Class Honours degree in Physics from Exeter University. This led to a number of years working in a display technology research group before he moved into accountancy and qualified as a chartered accountant with TMcL (now KPMG). His scientific background seems to have followed him, as he has always been involved in the high tech sector.
